Pilates class - Join Lizzie from Hall of Pilates for a mat Pilates class, designed to help you feel strong, empowered and energised. As we flow through creative, strength-building exercises, this Pilates class will leave you feeling invigorated yet grounded in your mind and body. Lizzie will guide you to challenge your stability and core control whilst finding alignment and length through your body, helping you to move with ease no matter what your Pilates experience is
Food for the soul - We are treating you to a wholesome meal. Create your own plate from multiple dishes.
Floral art workshop - Reconnect with nature and spark your creativity in a hands-on workshop with Catherine from The Spring Collection. Using eco-friendly materials and traditional techniques, you’ll create your own stunning floral design—no experience needed!
As we ease from winter to spring, this is your chance to relax, reflect, and have some fun while crafting something beautiful. You’ll leave with a gorgeous creation and a calm heart.
